SCENE STUDY

Once you understand and master the monologue it’s time to grab a partner* and tackle the basics of all theatrical conflict, the two-person scene.

Scenes are more than just actors talking at each other or arguing. They have to illuminate character and advance the story. This is a class for both intermediate and advanced students taught by an actor who has worked with some of the best Directors on Broadway including Susan Stroman, David Cromer and John Doyle. Curriculum includes:
